At Believers & Leaders LLC, we witness incredible transformations in young men and women in grades 7-12. Our school-based mentoring and counseling program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, empowers students to develop crucial social skills, navigate adversity, and grow into resilient young adults. Our story
Believers and Leaders started in John Morrow middle school as Morrow Mustangs in 2019, I had a group of students who at the time asked for a safe space due to the gun violence that was going on in the community and there was legit fear to walk home. This moment what do you do? We went and created what is exactly needed a safe space to communicate, work on academics, and work together with sports and building community. That group of students are now all out of high school and in there early stages of adult hood as well some are still in college. Some are still with B and L giving back. That was the seed that was planted towards what is now Believers and Leaders.
